A $25 gift card may decorate your experience at Jo-Ann. The Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores Guest Feedback Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on February 2, 2014 and ends on January 31, 2015. There are twelve survey period and twenty winners will be selected during each period. Each of them will receive a $25 Jo-Ann Gift Card. Enter the sweepstakes to decorate your world.

Rules:

• It's not necessary to make a purchase to enter or win.
• As long as you are a legal resident of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older, you are eligible to enter the sweepstakes.
• Limit one winner per family or household per Sweepstakes.
• Once you become the prize winner, you will be notified by email or phone and requested to confirm their mailing address within 48 hours.

How-to:

You can enter the sweepstakes through the following three ways:

1. Enter by Receipt Invite. If you have made a purchase, just click "Go to Win" button to go to the online survey page. Use the information on your receipt to complete the survey and get entered into the sweepstakes.
2. Enter by Email Invite. If you receive an invitation email from Jo-Ann, simply click the link in the email to be taken to the sweepstakes.
3. Enter by mail. This doesn't require a purchase at Jo-Ann. For detailed information, please refer to official rules.
