When sitting in First Watch Cafe with a newspaper, enjoying the coffee, wifi and your lazy time, what’s on your mind is probably that it would be nice if you could often come over and enjoy your time there. So does First Watch. The cafe wants to know more about your opinions and  welcomes your visit with an offer which you can get with ease by taking its survey. There is a need of a receipt but no need of hesitation.

Rules:

• To take the survey and get the validation code, you need a FirstWatch receipt.
• Write your validation code on the receipt to redeem the offer during your next visit at any participating First Watch locations.
• You may only use one coupon during each visit.
• The coupon is not valid on holidays.
• Your coupon expires 30 days after the date on your receipt.
